Overview

There are no refunds on equipment that has been rented. Refunds will be reviewed and processed if you cancel before picking up the rental. Cancelations with a 24 hour notice will receive a full refund. Cancelations with less than 24 hour notice will be refunded 90% of the booked rental costs.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
